Senior User Experience Designer

Project lead focusing primarily on search and innovation for the Walmart eCommerce platforms in the US and UK. Design improvements to the search functionality and experience resulted in a 33% uptick in user engagement and a 6X gain in search to conversion revenue. Researched and produced white papers on site navigation improvements, heuristics and localization improvements that have been the basis for several large-scale platform-wide design improvements.

Design Director

Led the design, focus and direction of two major web redesigns. Working up from a flowchart we designed and built the entire site, navigation, etc. and then developed the content management and weekly QA system and procedures for subsequent updates and redesigns. Worked from conceptualization to development of an on-line flash based educational application. Designed and produced entire suite of printed company materials beginning with the cards, letterhead, etc. and working up through oversized trade show presentations as well as specialized projects.
